Guarde el siguiente contenido en el Bloc de notas:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\txtfile\shell\open]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\txtfile\shell\open\command]

@="NOTEPAD.EXE % 1 "

Luego guárdelo, modifique el nombre del sufijo, cambie .txt a .reg, haga doble clic para importarlo al registro y listo
